Domestic Shipping (Within India)
Shipping Charges:
- We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders within India.
- A cash-handling fee of ₹250 is applicable for all COD (Cash on Delivery) orders within India.
Delivery Timeframe:
- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 working days.
- Most deliveries are completed within 7–10 business days, depending on your location.
- Express shipping is available at an additional cost, ensuring delivery within 3–5 working days.
Shipping Carriers:
We partner with reliable courier services such as Shiprocket, Delhivery and other reputed logistics providers.
Tracking & Delivery
Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a WhatsApp message, SMS, or email with tracking details. A notification will also be sent when your parcel is out for delivery.
Delivery Attempts:
- Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts.
- If all attempts fail, the parcel will be returned to us.
- For reshipment, the customer must bear the shipping charges.
Liability
Weave Katha is not liable for courier delays or circumstances beyond our control. However, we will assist in escalating the issue with the concerned shipping partner to ensure timely delivery.
